Field calibration. Laboratory confidence.

For the teams
behind every reading.

Bring a known reference to your rotameter calibration work. ROTAGAS helps industry teams, calibration laboratories and hospitals compare indicated flow at defined test points, with a system specified for their meters.

01 / INDUSTRY & MANUFACTURING

Give maintenance a clear reference.

For instrumentation, maintenance and quality teams.

Calibrate industrial air and oxygen rotameters during planned checks, incoming inspection or after servicing. Identify indication errors by comparing each meter against the selected reference master.

Bring calibration capability closer to your process.

02 / CALIBRATION & SERVICE LABS

Build a repeatable test workflow.

For calibration labs, service providers and instrument manufacturers.

Specify the flow range, connections and test arrangement for the rotameters you handle. Use defined comparison points for laboratory work or take a portable system to customer sites.

Match your system to your workload and meter range.

03 / HOSPITALS & HEALTHCARE

Support medical oxygen meter checks.

For biomedical engineering, hospital maintenance and medical equipment service teams.

Compare medical oxygen rotameter indications against a traceable reference during maintenance and post-service checks, following the meter and system operating procedures.

Master-meter comparison

A clear reference.
A practical comparison.

The rotameter’s indication is compared with the master reading at selected flow points. ROTAGAS brings the reference master and flow controls together in a format suited to field or laboratory calibration.

01

Connect the rotameter.

Use the supplied hoses and adapters for the meter under test, following the kit’s operating instructions.

02

Set a test point.

Use the specified calibration medium and flow controls to establish each test point within your system’s selected range.

03

Compare the readings.

Read the master meter and the rotameter at each selected point to assess the rotameter’s indication.

Different configurations. Built for your application.

Flexible configurations.
Customised for you.

We offer ROTAGAS in different configurations, from portable calibration kits to dedicated bench systems. Each can be customised around your rotameters, measurement range and calibration workflow.

Choose the configuration that fits your work.

Our systems collectively cover calibration flows from 1 LPM up to 100 LPM*. For higher ranges, contact us and specify the required range in your enquiry. The format shown is one example of what we can supply. We can tailor the system layout, flow range, reference master, meter connections and clamping, pressure and temperature indication, and reporting requirements.
