NAGMAN — PROCESS INSTRUMENTS & CALIBRATION SYSTEMS
Process instruments and complete calibration systems, engineered by Nagman. Explore industrial flow meters, level transmitters and calibration solutions for the laboratory and the field.
FROM DESIGN TO COMMISSIONING
Every measurement project starts with a different challenge. We bring the system together: test lines, reference instruments, controls, software and practical engineering.
From dedicated laboratory installations to mobile calibration systems, the result is built around how you need to work.
Real engineering, beyond the laboratory: a vehicle-mounted calibration system.
CALIBRATION SYSTEMS
One engineering partner. A system configured for your measurement project.

Fully automatic systems · 3–600 mm meter sizes.
Method focus: ISO 4185 covers liquid-flow measurement by weighing. The selected method and uncertainty budget define the final system.
WATCAL
Fully automatic, high-accuracy water meter calibration benches for domestic and bulk meters. WATCAL combines multi-meter test lines, automated controls and reporting for mechanical, ultrasonic and electromagnetic water meter testing.
Fully automatic testing · High-accuracy calibration.
Test programme: ISO 4064-2 / OIML R 49-2 addresses water-meter test methods. Specify the required tests and edition in your RFQ.
MOBICAL
Bring flow meter calibration to the site with MOBICAL. Integrated skid and vehicle-mounted systems combine reference meters, controls and reporting for practical field calibration.
On-site calibration in skid or vehicle-mounted formats.
GASCAL
Calibrate and test gas meters with GASCAL sonic nozzle or bell prover systems. Each bench is engineered for your meter capacities, test programme and automation requirements.
Gas meter calibration using sonic nozzles or bell provers.
INDUSTRIAL FLOW MEASUREMENT
Find the right measurement technology for your medium, installation and operating conditions.
Electromagnetic
Measure conductive liquids in water, wastewater and industrial processes with NAGMAG electromagnetic flow meters. A design with no moving parts and application-specific liners and electrodes supports reliable measurement across a range of liquid duties.
Conductive liquids · No moving parts.
Portable ultrasonic
Measure liquid flow without cutting the pipe with SONICNAG portable ultrasonic flow meters. Clamp-on sensors make flow surveys, verification and troubleshooting practical on existing pipework, with a portable kit ready for use in the field.
Clamp-on sensors · Portable flow surveys.
Coriolis mass
Measure mass flow and density directly with NAGMASS Coriolis flow meters. Designed for high-accuracy batching and process measurement, the range includes dedicated cryogenic models for liquid industrial gases, selected to suit your operating conditions.

TECHNICAL RESOURCES
THINGS TO KNOW
Nagman Flow designs and manufactures calibration and testing systems, including flow, water, gas and level systems. Its industrial product range also includes flow meters and level transmitters.
Yes. System configuration depends on the meters, size and flow ranges, test medium, reference method, automation and installation. Share these requirements so the engineering team can review a suitable approach.
Yes. Use Technical RFQ for a flow meter, level transmitter or a complete calibration system. The selected product is carried into the form, and you can edit it before sending.
Start with the application, medium, range and installation location. For systems, include meter sizes, reference method, automation and any applicable standards. The Technical RFQ form keeps the more detailed questions together.
Start with the medium, measuring range and process conditions. For flow, include pipe size, conductivity or viscosity where relevant, and installation constraints. For level, include vessel dimensions, mounting, foam or vapour, and the required output.
No. An instrument accuracy specification and the uncertainty of a calibration result describe different aspects of measurement. State each requirement separately in your Technical RFQ, along with the range, reference method and applicable test conditions.
